Click
Click is a people and culture development consultancy that partners with L&D and HR leaders to drive meaningful, measurable behaviour change — using behavioural science as their foundation. They work with organisations across multiple sectors and countries, helping teams move beyond theory and build habits that actually stick.
underlying problem
Click needed an assessment tool that could do two things at once: help individuals identify where they stand with their L&D capabilities — what they're strong in and where there's room to grow — while also capturing leads in a way that felt natural, not pushy. The results had to be immediate and genuinely useful, giving users something they could act on (and come back to) right after finishing the assessment.
exploration
Finding the right platform. We explored several options — standard form builders, vibe coding tools, and more — before landing on Lovable.ai as the best fit for bringing the finished product to life.
Designing the interface. We built the look and feel directly from Click's existing website, so the tool felt like a seamless extension of the brand rather than something separate.
Mapping the user journey. We placed the lead capture upfront — before the assessment even begins. This keeps the results honest and gets the "admin" part out of the way early, so users can give the assessment their full attention.
Building the assessment. Each category gets its own page with three statements. Users rate each one on a scale from "Not True" to "Completely True" — simple and easy to move through. A progress bar and page counter run throughout, so users always know where they are. (It also gives a gentle nudge to keep going.)
design
The final product is a sleek, on-brand assessment experience that takes users from sign-up to personalised results in just a few minutes. It works as both a genuinely useful self-reflection tool for the individual and a smart lead-capture and insights system for Click — making every interaction count on both ends.
